The first Arbuckles opened in 1983 originally as ‘Fatty Arbuckles’ and soon established itself as the restaurant of choice for those seeking quality American food.
With John and Maxine Murphy at the helm, Arbuckles in Downham Market today has become a more refined restaurant, yet remains a welcoming dining place to meet family and friends and enjoy even tastier American classic meals including grills & burgers as well as an expanded selection of healthier dishes including pasta, light bites and scrummy salads.

The unique amservility makes us stand out from other restaurants and we’re incredibly proud of that. It’s a little thing but it makes a big difference because it means you’ll enjoy great food at Arbuckles every time.
