Your Gift eVoucher will be delivered to your email or direct to the recipients email address.
You can choose to print them out or show on your smartphone at the restaurant. Our Gift eVouchers can be redeemed in both the Downham Market and Ely restaurants.
Terms and Conditions
- Gift eVouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
- Gift eVouchers will be emailed to the provided email address(es). Please check your spam folder as emails can sometimes be marked as spam by your email provider.
- Gift eVouchers are non-refundable. No change will be given.
- Gift eVouchers can be used to pay for food and drink at Arbuckles Downham Market and Arbuckles Ely only.
- The risk of loss and title for Gift eVoucher’s pass to the purchaser upon purchase and receipt, we are not responsible if any Gift eVoucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
- Gift eVouchers cannot be used to purchase other promotions, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
- We hold limited personal information in order to facilitate the purchase of the Gift eVouchers. We will never share this information with any third party.

*Balance checker only available on vouchers purchased after 11 November 2022. If purchased before this date, please be assured that the value will still be valid for a year from purchase date but online balance check is not available.
